Yes, we know, it's freezing out there! We wish we could bring back those summer days. Instead, we're making you think about summer with this week's post. If you choose a sea-inspired wedding for your big day, here are some food and drinks trucks that would bring the seaside to your outdoor venue.
That Fish Guy

We should all have a fish guy. Originally from South Wales, James (the fish guy) is a Michelin star chef who caters gourmet fish dishes that has everyone mermaidrised (sorry). He can deliver your fish and chips (probably the best you've had), as well as customise the menu to suit your special event.
On top of all, his van has a lovely marine inspired design.
Fitzy's

Catering mainly in the Wirral area, the award-winning cooks use only responsibly sourced fish to make their traditional fish and chips. Everything about how they cook their dishes shows how much emphasis they put on ensuring they deliver the best taste and food quality.
Slice - The Woodfired Pizza Co.

The Cornwall-born food venture is an actual mobile woodfire pizza oven. They focus on creating delicious pizza from carefully sourced ingredients grown locally. They make their own slow rising sour dough and their own tomato sauce.
And while pizza is such a versatile food options, they also make a Cornish seafood pizza, so you can have your marine element stand out even more.
Cocktails and Calamari

Not a van, a stall, but does it really matter when their menu is packed with calamari goodness? The couple-run food stall can be found around East London (Walthamstow) and Essex. Food is their main product, but they also have a passion for mixing cocktails. So if you hire them for your event you're sure to complete that beach vibe!
Loraso Ice Cream

Nothing screams summer louder than icecream. Whether you choose their vintage vans or the modern ones, they will serve you joy in a cone made from fresh soft cream, which is what they've been doing for almost 40 years. And to top it up, they let the happy couples serve their guests which sounds like work but could actually be fun if you're not lactose intolerant.
Polly's Parlour

Florence, the van is the definition of picture-perfect. Not only does she look like a cut from a 60's movie, but she's also run by a very passionate ice-cream fan. Florence, was carefully driven from Hungary and restored to keep its vintage patina, so that she can be scooped for dreamy weddings.
Wild Rock Oyster Bar

You can't go wrong with oysters. Although it's not a truck, we picked the Wild Rock Oyster Bar because they serve freshly shucked oysters the same day as harvested and with delicious toppings, paired with champagne, sparkling wine or Bloody Mary.
Three Fiends Brewhouse

Pumping from a converted horse box, the three friends started brewing their own beer in 2014. They were drinking more than they could brew and soon enough it became clear that they were onto something. They cater at festivals and are available for event hire.
